Dr. Adrienne Guthrie, PhD, is a Board-Certified Doctor of Natural Medicine and founder of ROOTED Functional Medicine & Longevity Lab.
Based in Sacramento and serving patients across Elk Grove, Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, and nationwide via telehealth, Dr. Guthrie helps men and women heal from the inside out through personalized, root-cause protocols.
She specializes in Neuropathy, thyroid dysfunction (including Hashimoto’s), hormone imbalance, gut health, fatigue, brain fog, and weight loss resistance—using advanced functional lab testing to uncover answers most doctors miss.
