She is the founder of ROOTED Functional Medicine & Longevity Lab, a Telehealth-based clinic that serves clients nationwide—rooted in Sacramento, but healing coast to coast.

Dr. Guthrie’s passion for natural healing began with her own story: years of suffering from celiac disease, hormone chaos, and emotional burnout—dismissed by doctor after doctor. It wasn’t until she found functional medicine that everything changed. That healing journey now fuels her mission to guide others from frustration to freedom.
She’s also a devoted mother to two amazing children—Hudson (10), who lives with ADHD, and Nova (2), her spirited sidekick—and understands firsthand what it means to advocate for a child’s health when the system falls short. Her practice is infused with faith, empathy, and the kind of wisdom that can only come from lived experience.
