Dr. Adrienne Guthrie, PhD, is a Doctor of Natural Medicine and Functional Medicine Practitioner, Awarded Best Emerging Leader in Functional & Natural Medicine in the US of 2025, and the founder of ROOTED Functional Medicine & Longevity Lab.
Based in Sacramento and serving clients nationwide via telehealth, she helps men and women heal from the inside out through personalized, root-cause protocols that deliver real results.
With advanced training in clinical nutrition, functional lab interpretation, and mineral-based healing, Dr. Guthrie specializes in fatigue, gut dysfunction, hormone imbalance, ADHD-like symptoms, and more.
